Let us first start by offering you an overview of where healing can help. There are many misconceptions about healing. It is simply a natural process that involves an exchange of energy, at present undefined, that can:

  •Produce a calming effect, helping to reduce stress naturally

  •Bring about a more positive outlook

  •Aid relaxation, assisting the body to heal itself

  •Help to speed up the healing process after surgery

  •Complement any medical treatment

  •Help to reduce pain naturally

  •Help restore balance to body, mind and spirit

  Healing is not meant to substitute good medical care but rather should complement it, to bring about accelerated healing. There is no religious belief that is at variance with healing. You will discover more about healing by following this link or by clicking on the 'What is Healing?' button.

What to expect from a Healing session at Bel Royal School in Jersey.

  We provide free healing sessions every Monday (except Bank Holidays) between 7.30p.m. and 9.00p.m. There is no need to make an appointment. Our healers will always put you at your ease and answer any questions you may have before commencing a session. They will always explain to you what you can expect during a healing session and how the healing works through them. All healers have a unique and individual style.

  A healing session, at the school, can take between 15 – 20 minutes, sometimes longer. You receive healing sitting on a chair and there is no need to remove any clothing.

  Should you require a home visit, where healing can take anything up to an hour, a number of our healers do offer this facility. However, there will usually be a charge which the healer will agree with you prior to the visit.
