For body skin temperature to rise, there has to be a change taking place within that body.

Before the healing took place, the skin temperature of the healee was measured and recorded. Any change in this measurement would indicate that the autonomic nervous system of the body had been activated.

The autonomic nervous system is a part of the nervous system that maintains balance of the body and controls heart rate, respiration and many other vital functions. This is done unconsciously.

So, when giving healing, at the Fair, because of the attachment of the finger thermometer, the healer and the healee were both able to see any temperature change in skin temperature as it happened.

You will see from the above table that a definite reaction occured during healing. In other words, the temperature rise was an indication that part of the body's autonomic nervous system had been activated. In other words, healing was taking place.

Healers accept that this is due to the intentional thoughts they give out when in the process of healing. Certainly something takes place and we use this fact as an indication to those who are not familiar with healing to ponder on and consider.

Your body reacts to the simple process of healing, whether by contact (laying-on-of-hands) or distant (absent) healing. Each day more and more scientific evidence is growing to prove this to be true.
